We break down the implications of the newly passed Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act, championed by Paris Hilton, and how its mandated federal study could change the landscape of youth treatment programs. Drawing on our own experiences and insights from working with over 40 clients this past year, we explore why the data on post-treatment success—or lack thereof—raises eyebrows.
